【Abstract】 In his report to the 17th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward the strategy of "giving priority to the development of education" and "improving the quality of higher education",further confirming the significant role of education in economic and social development and the present main tasks of higher education.How to improve the quality of higher education and realize its sound and fast development has raised higher demand on the management at school level.Since the quality of personnel is always the crucial factor in school management,this essay proposes strengthening their awareness in eight aspects to enhance their comprehensive qualities.更多还原
