四溴双酚-A和五溴酚对红鲫肝脏组织和超微结构的影响
Effects of tetrabromobisphenol A and pentabromophenol on the liver histological and ultra-microstructure of Carassius auratus
【摘要】 将红鲫(Carassius auratus)分别暴露于0.025 mg/L、0.25 mg/L四溴双酚-A(TBBPA)与0.002 5 mg/L、0.025 mg/L五溴酚(PBP)中12周,采用组织切片和透射电镜的方法,分别观测红鲫肝脏的组织和超微结构。结果显示,TBBPA和PBP低剂量暴露能够引起红鲫肝脏脂肪化、空泡化和线粒体囊泡化等现象,而高剂量暴露还导致肝脏细胞核损伤和细胞间隙增大等现象。研究表明,TBBPA和PBP能造成红鲫肝脏的损伤。这两种溴化阻燃剂可能是通过引起肝脏的物质代谢紊乱而造成肝毒性的。
【Abstract】 To study the toxic effects of tetrabromobisphenol A and pentabromophenol on fish,freshwater goldfish Carassius auratus were exposed to 0.025 and 0.25 mg/L TBBPA,and 0.025 and 0.002 5 mg/L PBP for 12 weeks.No significant changes were found with the histological and ultramicro structures through histological and electronic-microscope transmission observation in the control groups.However,noticeable phenomena were found,such as the liver pimelosis,vacuolization,amplification and mitochondrial alleviation at 0.025 mg/L TBBPA group.In addition,the increase of fat drop and the decrease of liver amylon were also found. After exposure to 0.25 mg/L TBBPA,the atrophy of nuclei and cytomorphosis were found besides the histopathological effects at lower dosages,with the interval of cells increase and the collapse of rough endoplasmic reticulum and the dilatation of the cell nuclei.In addition to the adverse effects found in TBBPA treatment groups,irregular hepatocytes were also found in 0.002 5 mg/L PBP groups and more severe effects detected in the group exposed to 0.025 mg/L PBP.And,finally,the inflation of nuclear membrane and nucleolar dilatation were also observed in both tested PBP groups.Thus,the results prove that TBBPA and PBP are likely to lead to the damage of the histological and ultramicro structure of the fish liver,which may be caused by the interference of the substance metabolism and the lipid peroxidation.
