水雾施加位置对竖直火蔓延抑制作用的试验研究

【摘要】 研究典型壁面装饰材料——胶合板在水雾作用下的火灾特性。在ISO9705燃烧室内,于不同喷射条件下,分别向胶合板的预热区和热解区施加水雾,得到了水雾不同施加位置壁面装饰材料的热释放速率、CO体积分数及温度等参数,重点研究了在火焰预热区和热解区施加水雾对灭火效果的影响。结果表明,当水雾作用在预热区时,随着流量的增大,水雾对竖直火蔓延的作用从控火作用转变为灭火作用。当流量较小时,水雾作用在热解区的控火效果要明显好于作用在预热区的;当流量增大到一定值后,水雾在两个区域的灭火效果基本相同。本研究对受限空间内喷头的布置具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 The present paper is dedicated to the study of the extinguishing effect of the water-spraying direction on the vertical fire propagation. For the research purpose,first of all,the paper has made a theoretical analysis of the lining material vertical fire spreading process under the influence of water spray. Then it has conducted a series of full-scale fire tests on lining material extinguishing by water spray in the ISO 9705 laboratory condition with the fire performance of plywood lining material extinguishing examined by water spray carefully. In addition,such parameters as the heat release rate,the bulk fraction of CO and temperature have also been registered. However,the focus of the paper is just concentrated on the efficiency of the water spray on the pyrolyzing zone and heating zone of the lining materials. To make the experimental study more successful,we have installed a piece of veneer with 0.6 m width,1.2 m length and 12 mm thickness on the southern wall of the fire-testing room,with a pool fire put on the downside of the veneer as igniter. When the experiment began,four different water-flowing rates were arranged to test the pyrolyzing zone and heating zone of the lining materials,respectively. In the testing process,it can be found that the vertical flame spread of the water spray tends to change from the control function to the extinguishment function with the increase of the water flow rate to the heating zone of the lining material. The present paper has also made further discussions on the heat release rate,the bulk fraction of CO and temperature of lining material surface and the room temperature in its corners along with the extinguishing rate after water spraying on the pyrolyzing zone and heating zone of the lining material. The experimental results have shown that the lower the water flowing rate is,the better the function of water spraying on the pyrolyzing zone,and,in turn,the higher the extinguishment rate of water spraying on the heating zone of the lining material. However,when the flow rate goes so fast as to 1 L/min,the extinguishing rates of the water spray on the two zones would turn to be almost the same.
