电凝聚-紫外-膜联合工艺净化水源水的试验研究

【摘要】 利用基于电凝聚-紫外-膜联合工艺开发的便携式供水设备处理微污染水源水。研究了该联合处理工艺对水源水样中TOC、细菌、浊度的去除效果。结果表明,在电流密度2.57mA/cm2,通电时间20min,水流量20L/h,沉降时间20min,紫外照射30min时,为延缓电极钝化,兼顾处理TOC和细菌,必要时向水样中投加的NaCl要小于3g/L。净化后的水质相比于原水样,TOC去除率达82%;杀菌率为99.3%;浊度去除率为99.6%,处理后的水质达到生活饮用水卫生标准。研究表明,电凝聚-紫外-膜联合工艺净化水源水具有可行性,利用该工艺开发的便携式供水设备净化水质也具有技术上的可行性。

【Abstract】 The paper is inclined to present the authors’ development and successful application of a portable water supply device based on combined process of Electrocoagulation/UV/Membrane to treat raw water. First of all,the author has made a review over the removal efficiencies of TOC,bacteria and turbidity,in the raw water. The application results prove that TOC removal efficiency can be improved to as high as 82%,while the bacteria removal efficiency reaches 99.3% and the turbidity removal efficiency may rise to 99.6% with the current density being 2.57 mA/cm2,the flows—20 L/h and the light—30 min. The experiments prove that it is both realistic and feasible to use the above method of Electrocoagulation/ UV/ Membrane into portable water supply areas in technical sense.
