【摘要】 目的:建立复方丹皮酚凝胶中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚进样量为0.05~0.30μg时呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)。平均回收率为100%,RSD为0.87%(n=5)。结论:HPLC法可用于复方丹皮酚凝胶的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for content determination of paeonol in Compound Paeonol Gelatin.Methods: A method of high performance liquid chromatography was employed.Column: SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase: Methanol-water(50∶50).Detection wave length: 274 nm.Results: There was a good linear relationship between paeonol concentration and peak area when the paeonol concentration was at the range of 0.05～0.30 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 100 %.RSD was 0.87%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is feasible and reproducible,and it can be used for quality control.更多还原
