【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extracting procedure for oligosacchrides and monosaccharides from Rhizoma Phragmitis. Methods: The optimum extracting procedure was selected using the content and extraction efficiency of oligosaccharides and monosaccharides from Rhizoma Phragmitis by orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extracting procedure was as follows: Using 12-fold 800 ml/L ethanol, extracting three times, 3 hours per time. Conclusion: The optimum procedure is reasonable, and the extraction efficiency of active ingredients is high.更多还原
