【摘要】 目的了解不同年龄组人群的口腔健康状况,口腔疾病的发病趋势及口腔知识、态度、行为。方法采用第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案进行4个年龄组的口腔健康检查和口腔知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果5岁组乳牙、12、35~44、65~74岁组恒牙患龋率为64.2%,19.3%,86.7%,98.1%,P<0.05,有统计学意义;12、35~44、65~74岁组牙龈出血率为43.7%,71.0%和,59.8%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。35~44,65~74岁组有牙周袋率23.2%,37.4%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。问卷结果:5、12、35~44、65~74岁组刷牙率为87.8%,91.7%,99%,88%,P<0.05,有统计学意义;含氟牙膏的选用率为37.2%,39.1%,34.6%和20.5%,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论恒牙龋均、患龋率随着年龄的增加而升高。35~44岁组牙周状况中牙龈出血率、牙石检出率最高,刷牙率最高。12岁组对口腔卫生保健知识的态度最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To find out the oral health conditions of four different age groups,the tendency of their oral diseases and their knowledge about,attitude to and manner of oral health.Methods With the method adopted in the 3rd national oral health epidemiological survey program,oral clinical examination and questionnaire survey are conducted on people of four different age groups selected.Results Results of the oral clinical examination childhood(5-year-old) caries prevalence rate is 64.2%.Caries prevalence rate of other three groups are 19.3%(12-year-old),86.7%(35～44-year-old) and 98.1%(65～74-year-old) respectively;gingival bleeding rate is 43.1%,71.0% and 59.8% for the latter three respectively;Pockets rate of the group aged between 35～44 is 23.2% and that of those agaed between 65～74 is 37.4%.Results of the oral health question tooth brushing rate is 87.8%,91.7%,99% and 88% for the four age groups(5,12,35～44,65～74) respectively;The rate of people using fluoridate toothpastes is 37.2%,39.1%,34.6% and 20.5% respectively for the four groups.Conclusion DMFT and Caries prevalence rates have raised by age.The rate of gingival bleeding and calculus of are highest among people aged between 35～44.更多还原
