【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定明目地黄丸中芍药苷的含量。方法高效液相色谱法,Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(12∶88),检测波长:230 nm,流速:1.0 ml.min-1;结果芍药苷在0.2032~1.0160μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7(n=5),平均回收率为97.18%。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于明目地黄丸的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To determine Paeoniflorin in Mingmu Dihuang Pill by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of Paeoniflorin in the sample.The separation was performed on Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(12∶88) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.2032~1.0160 μg for Paeoniflorin(r=0.999 7,n=5).The average recovery was 97.18 %.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,and is a good method for Paeoniflorin.更多还原
