【摘要】 目的探讨超声诊断神经源性肿瘤的依据。方法从肿瘤的大小、数目、质地、内部回声和边界与神经束的关系等方面,回顾性分析13例经病理确诊的神经源性肿瘤的二维超声声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像特点。结果13例神经源性肿瘤患者中,超声提示神经源良恶性肿瘤12例,诊断总符合率为92.3%(12/13),其中神经鞘瘤100%(7/7);神经纤维瘤80%(4/5)。结论典型的神经源性肿瘤有其声像图及多普勒血流特点,术前超声诊断对手术成功治愈有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the basis of ultrasonic diagnosis on neurogenic tumour.Methods The ultrasound imaging characteristics under 2D and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in thirteen cases with neurogenic tumour were analysed retrospectively through knubbly volume,number,hardness and the relation of internal echoes and boundary to the nerve tract.Results 13 cases of neurogenic tumors in patients with ultrasound source suggested that nerve benign and malignant tumors in 12 cases,the accurary of benign nerve tumors was 92.3%(12/13),schwannoma 100%(7/7),neurofibroma 80%(4/5),respectively.Conclusion The typical neurogenic tumour has characteristics of sonography and CDFI,also the preoperative diagnosis of ultrasonic has some clinical values on the operation for tumour.更多还原
