【摘要】 目的对精确化方法进行探讨。方法对常用的高斯牛顿法的误差余项进行解析,再以计算机渐次逼近法穷举计算获取较优估计。结果以渐次逼近法获取更优的误差估计,并通过一实例运算证明之。结论渐次逼近法利用现代计算机的强大运算能力,虽计算步次多但操作简单,误差的震荡性能够避免,可以做为精化方法的一种探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To discuss the precise method of pharmacokinetics parameters.Methods The error resulted from the Gauss-Newton method was analyzed,and optimum estimate by gradual approximation is obtained.Results Better estimate of the error is obtained by gradual approximation and certified by an example.Conclusion Modern powerful computational capabilities are used in gradual approximation.There are more calculation times but simple operation.So the error fluctuations can be avoided and it can be explored.更多还原
