【摘要】 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响因素,及其与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)之间的关系。方法以120例老年2型糖尿病患者和40例正常对照者为研究对象,测定空腹血糖(FPG)和HbA1C等,采用化学发光法检测血浆Hcy水平,应用颈动脉超声波测定IMT。结果(1)糖尿病组血浆Hcy的平均水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组高Hcy血症的发病率较正常对照组高(P<0.05);(2)血浆Hcy水平与体重指数、HbA1C和糖尿病病程与独立相关;(3)高Hcy血症是老年2型糖尿病患者IMT增厚的危险因素(P<0.01,OR=1.034,95%CI为1.015~1.115)。结论老年2型糖尿病血浆Hcy水平升高,BMI、HbA1C和糖尿病病程是老年2型糖尿病血浆Hcy的独立相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the factors influencing the plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in elder patients with type 2 diabetes, and investigate the association of tHcy with carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Methods A total 120 elder patients with type 2 diabetes and 40 normal subjects were screened. Fasting blood samples were collected for measuring FPG and HbA1C et.al。Plasma Hcy level was measured by ELISA,IMT was determined by the duplex ultrasonography.Results (1)The plasma Hcy level in diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in normal control subjects(P<0.05). The prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia was particularly higher in diabetic patients than that of control subjects(P<0.05).(2) Plasma Hcy was independently correlated to BMI, HbA1C and diabetic duration. (3) IMT was positively related to Hcy(P<0.01,OR =1.034,95%CI为1.015-1.115).Conclusion The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes have Hyper-homocysteinemia, which was affected by BMI, HbA1C and diabetic duration.更多还原
