【摘要】 目的研究预防人感染高致病性禽流感知识、态度和行为现状,评价人感染高致病性禽流感健康传播项目效果,为探讨此类干预策略提供依据。方法对农村家禽养殖人员,禽类市场销售、加工人员,初中二年级学生,在项目进行前后分别进行重复横断面调查。结果项目地区目标人群预防禽流感知识的知晓率较低,干预后有较大的提高,但行为形成情况不理想。结论本次健康传播效果显著,核心信息准确、传播干预策略有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand KAP situation of target population on highly pathogenic avian influenza prevention and evaluate intervention effect of the project.Methods Qualitative and quantitative study was used.Results The target population in the project regions had lower correct answer rate of the knowledge on avian influenza prevention.After the intervention,the rate was highly increased,but situation of behavior forming was not ideal.Conclusion The effect of this health communication was conspicuous,the core information was exact,and the strategy of communication intervention was operative.更多还原
