【摘要】 目的:观察静脉营养对低出生体重儿的治疗效果。方法:将64例低出生体重儿分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组34例在常规治疗基础上予静脉营养治疗,对照组30例采用常规治疗,观察两组体重增长及存活率。结果:治疗组每天平均体重增长(15.2±7.4g),对照组每天平均体重增长(8.3±5.1g),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组存活率97.1%(33/34),对照组存活率83.3%(25/30),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:静脉营养对促进低出生体重儿的生长发育,提高生存质量及存活率非常重要,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of parenteral nutrition for low birth weight infants.Methods 64 cases of low birth weight infants were divided into treatment group and the control group.Treatment group of 34 patients were given conventional therapy on the basis of parenteral nutrition therapy,the control group of 30 patients were only given conventional therapy,body weight and survival rate were observed.Results The average daily weight increase of the treatment group was(15.2 ± 7.4),the average daily weight increase of the control group was(8.3 ± 5.1),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The treatment group survival rate was 97.1%(33/34),the control group survival rate was 83.3%(25/30),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important for parenteral nutrition promoting the growth and development,improving the quality of life and survival rate with low birth weight infants,it is worth clinical expanding.更多还原
