【摘要】 目的:探讨过敏性紫癜的发病特点,早期糖皮质激素应用对肾损伤的预防。方法:通过对66例过敏性紫癜的发病和治疗资料的分析。结果:过敏性紫癜发病季节冬季和春季占72.7%。发病原因上呼吸道感染占63%。早期激素应用对肾损伤发生率低。结论:过敏性紫癜法发病季节多见冬季、春季。发病原因上呼吸道感染多见。非单纯型过敏性紫癜早期使用糖皮质激素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenic characteristicsof Henoch-Schonlein purpura and the prevention to the renal injury caused by early application of glucocorticoid.Methods The pathogenic characteristics of 66 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and their treatment data were analyzed.Results 72.7% of Henoch-Schonlein purpura occured in winter and spring.63% were caused by upper respiratory tract infection.Early application of the glucocorticoid reduced rate of renal injury.Conclusion Henoch-Schonlein purpura mostly occurs in winter and spring.Upper respiratory tract infection is the main reason for the Henoch-Schonlein purpura.The early application of glucocorticoids is helpful in treating the Henoch-Schonlein purpura.更多还原
