【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between meconium-stained amniotic fluid and neonatal asplyxia.Methods A retrospective study was made on pregnancy from January 2006 to December 2006 in the 3nd People’s Hospital of Hefei.Results There were no significant differences in rate of neonatal asphyxia between mild meconium-stained amniotic fluid and moderate meconium-stained amniotic fluid.The neonatal asphyxia rate of severe meconium-stained amniotic fluid was significantly higher that of mild moconium-stained amniotic fluid.Conclusion The neonatal asphyxia is closely related to the severe meconium-stained amniotic fluid更多还原
