【摘要】 目的:采取不同的手术方法,探讨对各种不规则的较复杂的鼻中隔偏曲畸形手术方法。方法:对68例鼻中隔高位,偏曲鼻中隔一侧有凹陷折叠等情况的较为复杂的鼻中隔矫正术采取相应的改进,选择不同的切口位置和切口大小,不同的注射麻醉剂的方法。结果:68例患者全部一次手术成功,随访半年无异常情况出现。结论:选择不同的手术方法可以减少鼻中隔穿孔的机会,并达到良好的手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore different methods of diorthosis for nasal septum deviation.Methods 68 cases of complicated nasal septum deviation such as upper nasal septum deviation,the one-sided sag and folding of nasal septum deviation were operated with improved surgery including the choices of different locations and sizes of incision and different anesthetic methods.Results All cases were successful without any complications in the period of half-year follow-up.Conclusions Different operation methods can reduce the chances of nasal septal perforation and achieve better operative effects.更多还原
