【摘要】 目的:了解精神科开放与封闭病区三班护士的心理状况,为其心理健康提供参考建议;方法:自编一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查70名精神科三班护士,其中开放病区29名,封闭病区41名,将两组进行比较,并与中国成人常模比较;结果:精神科三班护士各项指标都优于常模,除阳性症状均分、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖与常模差异的程度未达到高度显著性(P<0.05)外,其余指标都具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。开放病区与封闭病区之间差异无统计学意义。结论:精神科三班护士不同病区之间心理健康状况差异不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the states of mental health of psychiatric nurses in open or close wards in order to offer suggestion on mental health. Methods Investigations were conducted in 70 psychiatric nurses , 29 from open wards and 41 from close wards, with the general scales and the Symptom checklist-90(SCL-90). Then we compared with each other and with the national norms. Results All the scores were higher than the national norms, except that the differences of positive symptom , anxiety, depression, hostility, phobia were not significant. The rest were significant. There were no significant differences between the nurses in the open wards and those in the close wards. Conclusion The states of mental health of psychiatric nurses in open or close wards were not significantly different. In order to enhance the psycho-quality of the psychiatric nurses, the work alternation must be arranged, meanwhile we must pay attention to occupational mental health education.更多还原
