【摘要】 目的:了解现阶段本地区新生儿听力损失的现状,以期早期发现,主动干预,降低新生儿听力损伤。方法:采用瞬态声耳声发射技术(TEOAE)对所有正常新生儿进行初筛、复筛;未通过者,采用自动听性脑干反应(AABR)进行听力学诊断。结果:初筛、复筛未通过者占总人数1.2%;听力损失者占总人数5.7‰。耳聋者占总人数的0.8‰。结论:新生儿听力损伤可通过筛查早期发现,进行干预和康复训练,避免语言障碍发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of the research is to study the current situation about newborn’s hearing damage so that the hearing damage can be treated in time by means of earlier detection and initiative intervention. Methods: All the newborns were screened and re-screened with Screen TEOAE. To those who failed in the first screening AABR audio acuity was adopted. Results: Babies who failed in the first screening account for 1.2 % of the total, newborns with hearing damage 5.7‰ and the deaf 0.8‰. Conclusion: The newborns’ hearing damage can be discovered through early detection and treated by early intervention so that speech disorders can be avoided.更多还原
