【摘要】 真菌多糖由于其显著的生物活性和低毒性而成为目前的研究热点,国内外对其提取方面的研究非常活跃,并且有些方法已经开始应用于实际生产.本文归纳了菌丝多糖提取方面的研究进展,分别从细胞破壁、浸提、分离三方面对现有的各种方法进行了分析比较,总结了各自存在的问题.为进一步系统研究真菌多糖提取工艺提供了线索和依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Fungi polysaccharides has been researched widely for its marked bioactivity and hypotoxicity.Research on its extraction is quite active both in our country and abroad,and some methods have been put into application.The development and present state of research on extraction of fungi polysaccharides has been reviewed in this paper.The various cell-wall broken methods,extraction and separation methods and some problems have been analyzed respectively.It provides clues and basis for the futher research on the extracting technology of fungi polysaccharides.更多还原
