2-[二(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇双核钴(Ⅲ)配合物的合成和晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Dinuclear Cobalt(Ⅲ) Complex with 2-[bis(2-aminoethyl)amino]ethanol
【摘要】 2-[二(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇(L)与CoCl3.6H2O反应,合成得到双核Co(Ⅲ)配合物:[Co2OL2]Cl2(ClO4)2.X-射线单晶衍射分析表明该配合物属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.配合物的分子由一个四价阳离子单元[Co2OL2]4+和两个氯离子及两个高氯酸根离子组成.两个Co(Ⅲ)离子分别与二乙烯三胺单元的三个氮原子配位,并通过两个2-[二(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇的两个羟基和另一个氧原子桥联.两个Co(Ⅲ)离子之间的距离为2.527(1),六个Co-N键的键长在1.896(6)到1.944(6)之间,六个Co-O键的键长在1.901(5)到1.939(4)之间.两个Co(Ⅲ)离子分别与三个氮原子以及三个桥联的氧原子的配位环境构成一个扭曲的八面体构型,N1、N2、Co1、O1、O2平面与O1、O2、Co2、N4、N6平面之间的夹角为63.1(2)°.
【Abstract】 A dinuclear cobalt(Ⅲ) complex,[Co2OL2]Cl2(ClO4)2,has been synthesized by reaction of 2-(bis(2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanol(L) with CoCl3·6H2O. The crystal structure analyzed by X-ray diffraction methods has shown that the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system,P21/c space group.The complex consists of cationic unit of [Co2OL2]4+ and two noncoordinated chloride ions and two perchlorate ions.In the cationic unit of the complex,each Co(III) is coordinated by three nitrogens of diethylenetriamine moiety and bridged by one oxygen and two hydroxo groups of two 2-(bis(2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanols.The two Co(Ⅲ) ions are 2.527(1) apart from each other.The bond distances of six Co-N bonds are from 1.896(6)) to 1.944(6),the bond distances of six Co-O bonds are from 1.901(5) to 1.939(4)?.Each Co(Ⅲ) ion adopts a distorted octahedral configuration in the N3 and bridged O3 environment.The dihedral angle between the planes of N1,N2,Co1,O1,O2 and O1,O2,Co2,N4,N6 is 63.1(2)°.
