【摘要】 在现阶段提高农民素质关系到新农村建设的成败。文章以安徽省294例农民的问卷调查数据为基础,对农民素质状况和培训需求进行了分析,通过分析发现:农民的文化程度不高,科技素养有待提高,法律意识淡薄,市场适应能力更需关注,农民培训需求呈现多元化,农民内部的分化给农民培训工作提出了新的要求。我们认为新型农民培训应该从培训对象和培训内容等方面进行分类培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 The peasants’ quality relates to the success in the new countryside construction.Based on the questionnaire to the 294 peasants in Anhui Province,analyze the peasants’ quality and training require-ments.Find that the peasants’ poor education,low technical skills and weak law consciousness make the peasants give more attention to a market demand and the training requirements show diversifiction.The classification of peasants gives new difficulty to training work.The new model of Peasants’ training ought to begin with training objects and training contents.更多还原
