【摘要】 [目的]研究优良品种木薯"辐选01"无性系组织培养技术。[方法]以"辐选01"带腋芽的茎段为外植体进行组织培养,分别在无性培养系建立、芽的增殖、生根和移栽4个阶段进行研究。[结果]MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L培养基较适合诱导腋芽萌发;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L适合作为组培苗的增殖培养基;1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L作为组培苗的生根培养基较好。组培苗移栽成活率在70%左右。[结论]通过"辐选01"的组织培养研究,为木薯优良品种种品的快速繁育和推广提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to study the clone culture of fine varieties Fuxuan 01of Manihot esculenta Crantz.[Method] Cassava cultivar Fuxuan 01 young node sections(each had an axillary bud) were taken as explants.A four-step cassava tissue culture protocol was introduced,which included established of somatic clone,shoots multiplication,rooting and transplantation.[Result]MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L was suitable to induce the germination of axillary bud.MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L was suitable for the multiplication medium of tissue culture seedling.1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L was better for the root medium of tissue culture seedling.The survive rate of transplantation was about 70%.[Conclusion]The tissue culture of cassava cultivar Fuxuan 01 could provide references for its seedlings rapid propagation and promotion.更多还原
