豆丹高产养殖技术研究及其效益分析

【摘要】 [目的]探索豆丹的高产养殖技术。[方法]以老熟豆天蛾幼虫为豆丹种,利用大棚培养豆丹种,用网罩及分批种植大豆的方法进行豆丹高产养殖技术研究,并分析其经济效益。[结果]大棚培养有助于豆天蛾的提前化蛹及羽化,首次羽化即第1个成虫飞出的时间比常规方法提早2个多月,而且出现2个羽化高峰。采用网罩及分批种植大豆方法养殖豆丹,可多批次收获青豆丹,豆丹产量是常规方法的4倍多,达3000 kg/hm2以上。利用大棚育种,网罩及分批种植大豆养殖豆丹的粗利润是常规方法的8倍以上,经济效益在290000元/hm2以上。[结论]利用大棚培养豆丹种,用网罩及分批种植大豆方法养殖豆丹,产量是常规方法的4倍多,经济效益可观。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study was to explore the high-yield culture techniques for Clanis bilineata Walker.[Method] With mature larvas of Clanis bilineata as the breeding material for C.bilineata,they were cultured in greenhouse,the method of batch planting bean with net cover were taken to study the high-yield culture techniques for C.bilineata and its economic benefits of the techniques were analyzed.[Result] Cultivation in greenhouse was beneficial to advancing the pupation and eclosion of C.bilineata,the time of the first eclosion that was for the first adult flying out was 2 months earlier than that with conventional method,and 2 eclosion peaks appeared.Using the method of batch planting bean with net cover to culture C.bilineata,the multi-batch cyan C.bilineata could be harvested,and the yield of C.bilineata was 4 times of that with conventional method,reaching more than 3 000 kg/hm2.The crude profit of the techniques with greenhouse breeding and with the method of batch planting bean with net cover to culture C.Tsingtauica was above 8 times of that with conventional method,the economic benefit was above 290 000 yuan/hm2.[Conclusion] Using greenhouse to breed C.bilineata species and using the method of batch planting bean with net cover to culture C.bilineata,the yield of C.bilineata was more than 4 times of that with conventional method,the economic benefit was considerable.
