丛枝菌根真菌对有机基质性状及番茄生长的影响

【摘要】 [目的]为番茄实际生产中应用丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)提供理论依据。[方法]盆栽条件下有机基质和普通土壤均设接种AMF菌系GM、GV和不接菌3个处理,在番茄植株生长过程中分8个时期测量相关指标,研究AMF对有机基质栽培番茄生长的影响。[结果]在有机基质中接种GM的植株生长势强于接种GV的植株和未接种植株;而在土壤基质中接种GV的植株生长较好。接种AMF对番茄的根冠比和干物质生产具有明显的促进作用,在有机基质中促进效果要优于在普通土壤中,接种GM要好于接种GV;干鲜比和总鲜重均表现出相同趋势。接种同种AMF,相同处理的离子浓度表现为Cl-<CO32-<SO42-<HCO3-。接种AMF侵染率有机基质高于普通土壤基质,不接种AMF的处理均未有侵染。[结论]接种AMF促进了有机基质中番茄的生长和物质的形成。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The theory basis for the application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in tomato growth was provided based on the experiment.[Method] Under the potted experiment in tomato growth,the organic matrix and general soil were inoculated with three treatments of AMF strain(GM,GV and CK).During the growth duration,the relevant indicators were measured in 8 stages respectively to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on tomato seedling growth and organic matrix character.[Results] The tomato plant growth potential in the organic matrix inoculated with GM was stronger than that with GV and CK and better plant growth could be produced in the soil matrix inoculated with GV.Arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation had obvious role in promoting tomato root haulm ratio and dry matter production,which was much better in the organic matrix than in the ordinary soil.The efficiency of GM inoculation was better than that of GV inoculation.There was same trend in total flesh weight and ratio of dry weight to fresh weight among the treatments.In same AMF Inoculated,The effect of ion concentration in the same treatment was in order of Cl-<CO32-<SO42 < HCO3-.The infection rate of organic matrix iwas higher than that of ordinary soil.In the treatment without mycorrhizal inoculation,no mycorrhizal colonization was found.[Conclusion] Tomato growth and dry matter production were promoted in the cultivation condition of the organic matrix inoculated with AMF.
