钟形钟虫游泳体的形态学和表膜下纤维系统的研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究钟形钟虫游泳体的活体形态和表膜下纤维系统。[方法]利用活体观察及蛋白银染色技术对钟形钟虫游泳体的形态学及表膜下纤维系进行研究。[结果]钟形钟虫游泳体活体特征鉴定为:该虫体呈宽短的三角锥状,细胞质不透明,高倍镜下明显可见有横向条纹和脂滴存在。蛋白银制片特征为:单毛基索和复毛基索旋转1.5圈后进入前庭,第3咽膜(P3)起始段由3列毛基索组成,其靠近P2侧的一列毛基索在P1与P3的汇合处终止,P1最外一列的末端外倾。纵长纤维粗壮而稀疏,位于反口纤毛环和复毛基列之间,40~50条;底部有纤维和纵长纤维相连续,口围盘明显向上突起,口围盘纤维网状。[结论]该研究为了解纤毛虫的形态发生和无性生活史提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the living morphology and infraciliature of Vorticella campanula swimmer. [Method] The morphology and infraciliature of V. campanula swimmer were researched by living body observation and protargol impregnated technique. [Result] The living body characteristic of V. campanula swimmer was as follows: the body was wide and short-triangular pyramidal shaped and the cytoplasm was opaque; there can be seen transversal striations and lipid droplets under the high power microscopic. The characteristic of protargol impregnated specimens was: the single kinety and complex kineties entered the vestibular after they rotated 1.5 coils. the peniculus 3 composed of 3 rows of kineties, of which one near the peniculus 2 was stopped at the joint of peniculus 1 and 3 and the end of the outer row of peniculus 1 had extraversion behavior. The longitudinal fibre coarsefibred, sparse, 40-50 strips,which located between aboral ciliary wreath and polykinety and the fibers which at the bottom of the cell were connected with the longitudinal fibers, peristomial disc protruded up obviously and the peristomial disc fiber was reticular. [Conclusion] The research provided scientific basis for understanding the morphogenesis and asexual life history of ciliate.
