【摘要】 [目的]探讨玉蕈生物制剂对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。[方法]分别以1、2、4 g/(kg.bw)3个剂量组的玉蕈生物制剂灌胃小鼠30 d,测定抗体生成细胞和血清溶血素。[结果]玉蕈生物制剂能提高小鼠抗体的生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平。[结论]玉蕈生物制剂具有增强小鼠体液免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim of the research was to study the effect of Hypsizygus marmoreus biological agent on the humoral immune system of mice.[Method]The mice were administered at the doses of 1,2,4 g/(kg·bw) respectively for 30 d.Then quantity of antibody-producing cell and the level of serum hemolysin was measured.[Result]Hypsizygus marmoreus biological agent could improve the quantity of the mice antibody-producing cell and the level of serum hemolysin.[Conclusion]Hypsizygus marmoreus biological agent could enhance humoral immune function of mice.更多还原
