沙田柚幼果中柚皮苷提取工艺研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究沙田柚幼果中柚皮苷的提取工艺。[方法]以柚皮苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验法进行优选,并用高效液相法测定柚皮苷含量。[结果]沙田柚幼果中柚皮苷最佳提取工艺为10倍量浓度50%乙醇,在50℃条件下提取1.5 h。[结论]该工艺提取率高、成本较低,可用于中试生产。

【Abstract】 Objective:The extraction process of naringin from Citrus maxima cv.Shatian Yu was studied.Methods:The content of naringin was chosen as index.And the extraction process was studied through orthogonal test and HPLC was used to determine the content of naringin.Results:The optimum extraction process was as follows:50% ethnoal was added for ten times and extracting time was 1.5 hours at 50 ℃.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process had higher efficiency and lower cost,which can be used in middle-sized scale production.
