R481型收割机油液监测系统的改进
Improvement of Oil Monitoring System in R481 Harvester
【摘要】 分析了R481型收割机的油液监测技术上存在的问题,提出了利用AVR处理器控制激光产生脉冲,采用双光路光纤传感器进行信号调制,然后通过LOG114芯片放大后,输入AVR进行处理,得到油液的污染信息的设计方法。
【Abstract】 The existing problems in oil monitoring technology of R481 Harvester were analyzed.The design method of controlling the pulse production of laser by AVR processor,making signal modulation by using double-route optical fiber sensor,enlarging it through LOG114 chip and inputting into AVR to obtain pollution information of oil was obtained.
