【摘要】 [目的]为了探索辣椒疫霉抗甲霜灵菌株Mtr的遗传规律。[方法]在实验室条件下,研究了该病菌的若干生物学性状在无性世代中的遗传特点。[结果]辣椒疫霉Mtr突变株的生长速率、菌落形态以及对甲霜灵的抗性等性状在其游动孢子后代中未发生变异。[结论]这些性状在无性繁殖中能稳定遗传。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to discover the inheritance rule of Phytophthora capsici Metalaxyl-resistant mutants(Mtr).[Method] Several biological characteristics of Mtr were investigated in vitro in successive zoospore generations.[Result] The zoospore progenies of isolate HN8-Mtr and isolate HN3-Mtr had the similar characteristics such as growth rate,colony morphology and the resistance to metalaxyl with that of their parents.[Conclusion] These characteristics could be inherited steadily in their asexual reproduction.更多还原
