库拉索芦荟内生真菌类群与分布的初步研究

【摘要】 [目的]了解芦荟内生真菌的资源情况和种群多样性。[方法]对来自广东省新会、珠海、潮州、东莞、深圳以及广州市的番禺和黄埔的库拉索芦荟中内生真菌进行分离纯化,并通过诱导产孢试验对其进行分类鉴定。[结果]分别从210块芦荟叶组织和210块根组织中分离到27株和16株内生真菌,带菌率分别为12.86%和7.62%。形态学鉴定结果表明分离的内生真菌属于5个属。Aspergillus、Penicillium和Trichoderma的出现频率均大于0.95%,为芦荟内生真菌的优势种群,而Colletotrichum为新发现属。珠海和潮州的芦荟内生真菌最多,出现频率均为7.14%。从库拉索芦荟叶和根中均分离到Aspergillus和Penicillium,而Colletotrichum和Trichoderma只在芦荟叶中分离到,Chaetomium则只从根上分离到。[结论]不同地点和不同部位的库拉索芦荟组织内生真菌的类群与分布均存在明显差异。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to understand the resource conditions and population diversity of endophytic fungi in aloe.[Method] The endophytic fungi of Aloe barbadensis Mill from Xinghui,Zhuhai,Chaozhou,Dongguan,Shenzhen,and Panyu and Huangpu of Guangzhou in Guangzhou province were isolated and purified.And they were classified and identified in the inducing sporogenesis test.[Result] Twenty-seven and sixteen strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from 210 leaf tissues and 210 root tissues of A.barbadensis repzectvely,with the carrier rate of 12.86% and 7.62% reqzectively.The morphological identification results showed that the isolated endophytic fungi belonged to 5 genus.The occurency frequency of Aspergillus,Penicillium and Trichoderma were all greater than 0.95% and they were the dominant population of endophytic fungi in A.barbadensis.Colletotrichum was a genus discovered newly.The endophytic fungi in A.barbadensis was most from Zhuhai and Chaozhou with both of the occurency frequency being 7.14%.Aspergillus and Penicillium could be isolated from both the leaves and roots of A.barbadensis.Colletotrichum and Trichoderma could be isolated only from the leaves,while Chaetomium could be isolated only from the roots.[Conclusion] The groups and distribution of endophytic fungi from different areas and different part of A.barbadensis tissues all existed obvious differences.
