【Abstract】 In this article the principal ecological degenerative problems in China were systematically summarized,based on the State of the Environment in China from 2002 to 2006.The problem mentioned in this article was not included in the China Green National Accounting Study Report 2004(Public Version).At the same time,the appropriate measures were comprehensively discussed,including conception,institution,means,modes and so on.更多还原
