活性微生态制剂水族宝对水族箱水质处理效应的研究

【摘要】 [目的]为活性微生物制剂的水质控制提供可行性依据。[方法]通过用碘量法、纳氏试剂光度法、酸性高锰酸钾法测定溶解氧(DO)、氨氮(NH3-N)及化学需氧量(COD)研究国产活性微生态制剂-水族宝(Active-bac)和澳大利亚进口光合微生物(ACME)对水族箱水质处理的效应。[结果]最终实验0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ缸中的DO含量分别比对照组增加了18.0%、48.5%、46.5%、43.1%、42.5%、38.8%;NH3-N含量分别比对照组降低了16.4%、49.5%、57.2%、55.1%、47.6%、30.4%;COD含量分别比对照组降低了13.3%、39.5%、36.7%、32.1%、27.1%、24.7%。微生物制剂均有极显著增加DO含量和降低NH3--N和COD含量的效应。[结论]水族宝和光合微生物在水族箱水质处理的效应方面没有显著差异,但水族宝在成本上具有较强的市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The purpose was to supply feasibility basis for water quality control by active microbial agent. [Method] DO, NH3-N and COD were determined by iodometry, Nash reagent photometry and acidic potassium permanganate method so as to study the effects of national active micro-ecological agent (Active-bac) and imported photosynthetic microbe (ACME) from Australia on treating water quality in aquarium. [Result] Compared with the contrast group, in jars 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the final experiments, the DO contents increased 18.0%, 48.5%, 46.5%, 43.1%, 42.5% and 38.8% resp., the NH3-N contents decreased 16.4%, 49.5%, 57.2%, 55.1%, 47.6% and 30.4% resp. and the COD contents decreased 13.3%, 39.5%, 36.7%, 32.1%, 27.1% and 24.7% resp. All the microbial agents had the effects of extremely significantly increasing DO content and decreasing NH3-N and COD contents. [Conclusion] Active-bac and ACME had no significant difference on the effect of water quality treatment in aquarium, but Active-bac had stronger market competition on cost.
