【摘要】 研制了一种水稻种绳播放机,该机主要由悬挂机构、防堵机构、播放机构、开沟机构、覆土机构、镇压机构6部分组成。直播时,将卷好稻种的种绳盘挂在研制的种绳播放器上,将绳的端部固定在地头,然后由拖拉机悬挂带动前进,实现开沟、放种绳、覆土一次完成。试验结果表明,样机种绳顺利播放到田地,种绳播放深度达到了农艺要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A prototype of rice seeding rope machine was designed.The prototype consisted of 6 parts,which were a hang part,a block-preventing part,a sowing part,a ditch part,a covering part,a pressing part and so on.While the directly seeding,the seeding rope was hanged at the shaft of the designed seed rope rolling out machine and one end of the rope was fixed at the land side,the seeding rope rolling out machine was moved by a tractor,along with the moving of the machine;the seeding ropes were laid in the ditches which were opened by the coulters of the machine and then the seeding ropes were covered by the sealers of the machine.The experimental results showed that the seeding rope was successfully sowed into soil with the machine,the depth of the seed rope into soil was up to the requirement of agriculture.更多还原
