【Abstract】 Optimization of extract processing of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng was researched with the uniform design method.The content of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng was determinated with ultraviolet spectrophotomener.The results indicated that the optimal extract processing was 80% ethanol,70 ℃,15 times volume and 15 minutes.The results can be provided as the scientific basis for determination of extract processing of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng.更多还原
