正交设计法优化丝瓜水多糖的提取工艺
Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Luffa Water Polysaccharides by Orthogonal Design
【摘要】 考察丝瓜水中多糖的最佳提取工艺。以苯酚-硫酸法测得的多糖含量为依据,利用正交设计确定了料液比、提取时间、提取温度和pH值等提取工艺参数。结果表明,丝瓜多糖的最佳提取条件:料液比为1∶3,提取时间为2h,提取温度为80℃,pH值为6.0,此时产率是62.2mg/g,用于工业化生产可提高丝瓜水多糖的产量。
【Abstract】 To optimize extraction technology of luffa water polysaccharides.Ensure the liquid to liquid ratio,extraction time,temperature and pH according to the orthogonal design by determining the content of polysaccharides using phenol-sulfuric acid method.The result shows that the optimal extraction method was ratio 1:3,2h,80℃and pH 6.0,and the content is 62.2mg/mL,which can be used in industrial production to increase the yield of luffa water polysaccharides.
