稳定性二氧化氯的制备及其方法研究

【摘要】 采用改良的马蒂逊法制备二氧化氯气体,用一定配比的碳酸钠-过氧化氢复合溶液作为吸收液,制成浓度为33000ppm的二氧化氯稳定液,并对该稳定液的稳定性和活化剂的选择进行了考察。结果发现该稳定液的稳定性良好,3天以后浓度仍能保持在22000ppm以上。在本实验条件下,盐酸的活化性能最好。为制备吸附型固体二氧化氯,考察了不同吸附剂对二氧化氯吸附效果的影响,结果发现,硅藻土和硅胶的吸附效果最好,当固液比在1∶1时,吸附率均达到了97.84%。

【Abstract】 The improved Mathieson method was used in the paper in order to produce high concentration chlorine dioxide. And the stable chlorine dioxide solution was obtained using Na2CO3-H2O2 solution as absorb solution,and the concentration was highly 33000 ppm. The stability of stable solution was also discussed and the activator was selected. The result showed that the stability was fine, the concentration could maintain at a level on 22000 ppm. And the HCl was the best activator under this condition of experiment. On the aim of producing solid ClO2,the affect on different absorb to ClO2 was discussed. The result showed that the adsorptive effect of diatomite and silica gel are the best, and the adsorptive rate obtained 97.84% when the rate of solid to liquid was 1∶1.
