L-2-氨基丙醇手性合成工艺改进
An Improved Chiral Synthesis of L-2-Amino Propanol
【摘要】 对硼氢化钾还原法制取L-2-氨基丙醇工艺进行了改进。以L-丙氨酸为原料,经酯化,利用合成的硼氢化四甲基铵作为还原剂来合成L-2-氨基丙醇,收率达85.6%。
【Abstract】 The preparation process for L-2-amino propanol (AP) by reduction with potassium borohydride (PB)was improved. An improved synthesis process for L-2-amino-1-propanol with a yield of 85.6% was introduced as follows: L-2-amino propanol is synthesis by seltectively reduction tetramethylammonium borohydride (TAB) of the condensation product of L-amlanine and ethanol.
