GRC永久性模板可行性ANSYS模拟研究

【摘要】 混凝土施工中,需消耗大量模板材料,加之模板拆装倒运及周转率等因素,致使工程造价高,占用劳动力多,工期长。为克服传统模板不足,提出使用GRC平板作为永久性模板,在对相关材料物理力学性能及制作工艺调研的基础上,运用大型有限元程序ANSYS模拟GRC平板制作永久性墙体模板的受力情况,分析其在动力冲击荷载下的应力、应变及位移状况,进而确定GRC用作永久性模板的可行性。

【Abstract】 In structure engineering,much material of template is consumed.The templates are installed,unloaded,packed and transported.Further more,its velocity is much more troublesome.These factors make the engineering need to invest high cost,long duration and many builders.In order to overcoming the lack of the traditional template,this paper brings up the GRC flat panel which can be used as the permanent template.Based on inquisition and researching of the physics and mechanics function of related materials and the manufacture crafts,this paper imitates the actual load situations of the permanent template which is made of GRC flat panel with the ANSYS procedure,then analyzes the situations of stress,strain and deformation under dynamical load,to ensure the feasibility of GRC flat panel as permanent template.
