基于ProCAST和ANSYS软件分析径向加载的铝合金轮毂应力分布
Residual Stress Analysis of Radial Loading Aluminium Alloy Wheel Hub Based on ProCAST and ANSYS Software
【摘要】 利用ProCAST软件对某铝合金轮毂产品进行低压铸造数值模拟,运算后得到了轮毂铸件的铸造残余应力,通过开发的接口程序分别把轮毂铸件的有限元网格的节点信息、单元信息和各节点上的六个应力分量输入到ANSYS软件中,利用ANSYS的结构分析模块对轮毂铸件进行静态加载。通过这个方法,可以对含有铸造残余应力的轮毂铸件进行其他各种载荷分析,分析的结果更加符合铸件的实际情况,获得准确的结果,指导实际工作。
【Abstract】 The low pressure die casting process of a certain aluminum alloy wheel hubs was simulated by using the software ProCAST. The residual stress of the casting was gained after calculation and date exchange program was compiled. Through the Interface program,node and unit elements and the six components of the stress tensor at the node files were transmitted into the ANSYS software,then applying static loading to the wheel hub by using the structure module of ANSYS. By using this mode,variable loading analysis can be conducted on the wheel with residual stress,and the results are more accurate and accord with practice,therefore can give direction to actual production.
