【摘要】 目的探讨齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法采用开放式临床自身对照的试验设计,纳入2006年6月至2007年5月陕西省荣复军人第二医院30例女性精神分裂症住院患者,给予口服齐拉西酮60~120mg/d治疗6周,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和药物不良反应评定量表(TESS)于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周末评价疗效和副反应。结果治疗6周后,齐拉西酮的临床显效率为86.67%,总有效率为93.33%,副反应发生率为86.67%,但大多数轻微,安全性良好。结论齐拉西酮是一种治疗精神分裂症的有效药物,疗效肯定,副反应轻微,由于其不引起体重增加和泌乳素水平升高,尤其适合用于治疗女性精神分裂症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of ziprasidone in the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia. Methods A before-after study design with prospective consecutive data collection was adopted. From June 2006 to May 2007, 30 female patients with schizophrenia discharged from the Second Veterans Hospital of Shanxi Province were included. Ziprasidone 60-120 mg/d was orally administered for 6 weeks. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) were measured before the treatment and at the end of Week 2, 4 and 6 after the treatment, respectively. Results At Week 6, the significant improvement rate and the total improvement rate were 86.67% and 93.33%, respectively; the incidence of side effects was 86.67%. Conclusion Ziprasidone is safe and effective in the treatment of schizophrenia. Since it will not increase body weight or the level of prolactin, it can be especially applied to female schizophrenic patients.更多还原
