【摘要】 目的评价消水散辅助化疗药物治疗结核性胸腔残余积液的疗效。方法60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用消水散辅助治疗,2个月为1个疗程,观察胸水消失时间、肺活量及免疫功能等变化。结果治疗组30例胸水均消失,平均时间(26.0±3.8)天;对照组23例胸水消失,平均时间(42.0±1.2)天,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组肺活量及免疫指标改善亦优于对照组。结论消水散辅助治疗结核性胸腔残余积液疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshui Powder as auxiliary with chemotherapy for treatment of tuberculous remnant pleural effusion. Methods Sixty patients were assigned to the treated group and the control group, 30 in each group. All were given conventional treatment but those in the treated group were given Xiaoshui Powder additionally. The hydrothorax disappearance time, and change of vital capacity of lung and immune function in patients were observed. Results Hydrothorax disappearance time in all the 30 patients of the treated group was 26.0±3.8 days in average, while in the control group, it only disappeared in 23 with the mean disappearance time prolonged to 42.0±1.2 days, showing significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The improvement of pulmonary vital capacity and immune function in the treated group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoshui Powder has definitely curative effect for auxiliary treatment of tuberculous remnant pleural effusion.更多还原
