烤烟拉力与主要化学成分的关系研究

【摘要】 测定了云南玉溪地区206份烤烟不同等级烟叶的拉力和主要化学成分,分析了二者之间的关系.结果表明:拉力与烟叶主要化学成分在样本间存在着广泛的变异,在一定范围内,拉力与烟碱含量呈极显著负相关,与氮碱比呈极显著正相关,与还原糖、水溶性糖含量呈显著正相关,而与总氮含量相关不显著.分别建立了拉力与烟叶各化学成分指标的回归方程,当拉力控制在1.10 N~2.20 N的适宜范围内时,烟碱、还原糖、总糖含量及氮碱比也将相应处于较适宜范围之内.

【Abstract】 The pulling force and major chemical components of different grades of 206 flue-cured tobacco samples from Yuxi city of Yunnan Province were determined and their relationships were also analyzed.The results showed that there existed widely variation for pulling force and major chemical components among different samples,the pulling force had significant negative correlation with nicotine content,and positive correlation with nictine content,and had positive correlations with reducing sugar content and soluble sugar content,and had non-significant correlation with total nitrogen content.Based on the correlation analysis,regression equations were built between the pulling force and major chemical components,and found that major chemical components could be kept in the proper range when the pulling force was controlled in range of 1.10 N ~ 2.20 N.
