利用脂肪酸特征分析区分5种植物油脂

【摘要】 使用气相色谱仪分析大豆油、花生油、菜籽油、米糠油和棕榈油5种植物油的脂肪酸,将其含量进行数据处理,选择特征值,区分5种植物油.每种植物油甲酯化后,气相色谱分析其脂肪酸组成,用峰面积归一化法计算,得到每种油脂各脂肪酸的百分含量.计算每种油脂的棕榈酸(C16∶0)、硬脂酸(C18∶0)、油酸(C18∶1)和亚油酸(C18∶2)的百分含量,以C16∶0/C18∶0为横坐标,C18∶2/C18∶1为纵坐标,用Origin6.0软件作二维图.结果显示各种油脂都有各自的分布区域.

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was!the discrimination of soybean oil,peanut oil,rapeseed oil,rice bran oil and palm oil by analyzing the characteristic of fatty acids with gas chromatograph(GC).Fatty acid methyl esters(FAME),which were prepared by transesterification,were analyzed by GC.All of the fatty acid relative composition from one sample was obtained by using the peak area normalization method.The relative contents of palmitic acid(C16∶0),stearic acid(C18∶0),oleic acid(C18∶1) and linoleic acid(C18∶2) were selected as the characteristic information.The figure was drawn with the ratio of C16∶0 and C18∶0 as the x axis,the ratio of C18∶2 and C18∶1 as the y axis.The result shows that the five kinds of vegetable oil can be separated from each other.
