铸造方案对高强度铝合金平板铸件性质之研究
Influence of Design Criterion on the Properties of High Strength Aluminum Alloy Plate Castings
【摘要】 有系统改变A201(0.50%Ag)铝合金平板铸件的长度、厚度、及冒口大小的方案设计,探讨这些铸造方案对A201平板铸件抗拉强度及微孔隙的影响程度,进而于铸造实务工作时,可为冒口设计及金属凝固之参考,为本研究的目的。砂模的铸砂是100%硅砂。由实验结果显示,A201铝合金平板铸件的力学性质及微孔隙不仅受冒口尺寸的影响,亦受到平板铸件厚度及长度的影响补充之影响,在冒口端及冷铁端的铸件其力学性质较佳。
【Abstract】 The influence of design criterion on the mechanical properties and porosity content of the A201 aluminum alloy (0.50% Ag) plate castings is studied by changing the riser size and the casting geometry systemactically. It can provide reference for designing riser and solidification in casting practice. The sand molds with end chill were made of 100% silica sand. The result shows that the mechanical properties of A201 Aluminum alloy plate castings and porosity depend not only on the riser size but also on the plate thickness and plate length. The better mechanical properties of the plate castings appear in riser end and chill end.
