步冲CAPP系统中冲裁模拟的模型建立及实现
Study on Step-punching Model and Simulation of SP-CAPP System
【摘要】 阐述了在步冲CAPP系统的开发中,合理选择标准冲头、科学搭配冲头、使冲头满足工艺要求和优化冲裁路径的问题;指出了这些问题的解决首先要对冲压件进行模拟冲裁。通过冲裁模拟,将优化数控冲压工艺方案及数控代码,能有效保证冲裁加工的效率,使冲裁加工工艺更加科学、规范、优化,并在模拟仿真加工方面做了有益的探索。
【Abstract】 Before the punch-part being machined,the punching process can be simulated in the CAPP system in order to test whether the punching process and the choose punchs are reasonable or not,whether the punching-path is most favourable or not.The punching-simulation can relieve the burden to decide the process procedure and NC instruction,which can assure the punching quality.The step-punching process will be more optimum and scientific.This paper introduces the certain exploration of the punching-simulation.
