【摘要】 目的评价脐血源神经干细胞治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症的疗效及安全性。方法对肌萎缩侧索硬化病人治疗前后进行血液肝肾功能、电解质、血清酶学、血糖、血脂、细胞及体液免疫测定,行Norris评分,观察症状体征改变。结果病人自身前后比较的结果显示,经治疗后血白细胞、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、T细胞、Th细胞、IgG以及Norris评分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病人近期的病情有显著改善。结论脐血源神经干细胞移植后在近期内各项实验室化验结果显示,干细胞具有高安全性,有较明显的临床效果,但有待继续观察和随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To appraise the effect and safety of cord blood source neural stem cell for treatment of patients(pts) with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).Methods Before and after treatment in all pts,liver and renal functional,electrolytes,sero-enzyme,blood glucose,bloodfat,cell and humoral immunity were detected and Norris score,symptom and sign were studied.Results After treatment,blood leukocyte,AST,CK,LDH,total CD3,Th,IgG and Norris score were improved(P<0.05).Patient conditions were improved in the early stage.Conclusion The result suggested that cord blood source neural stem cell might be effective and safe for the pts with ALS.更多还原
