【摘要】 目的:观察仁青常觉的抗炎、抗胃溃疡作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠急性耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀模型考察仁青常觉抗炎作用;采用小鼠急性应激性溃疡、大鼠乙酸胃溃疡模型观察仁青常觉抗溃疡作用。结果:仁青常觉灌胃给药333mg/kg可显著降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度;83、167、333mg/kg可降低角叉菜胶致小鼠急性足肿胀度;83、167、333mg/kg可减少小鼠急性应激性溃疡指数;67、134、267mg/kg可减少大鼠乙酸胃溃疡面积。结论:仁青常觉具有明显的抗炎、抗胃溃疡作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive:To study the effects of Renqingchangjue on anti-inflammatory and anti-gastrelcosis . Methods :The acute auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice and edema of paw induced by carrageenan in mice were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory action .The stress gastrelcosis induced by water immersion in mice and the gastrelcosis in rats induced by acetic acid were used to evaluate the anti-ulcer action . Results: Renqingchangjue significantly inhibited the degree of auricle swelling and the edema of hind paw in mice , reduced the length of stress ulcer and the area of ulcer.Conclusion : Renqingchangjue have significantly anti-inflammatory and anti-gastrelcosis effects.更多还原
