【摘要】 目的:研究升白方对白细胞减少症模型小鼠升白细胞的作用及相关机制。方法:小鼠腹腔注射80mg/kg环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CTX)制备白细胞减少症模型,预防和治疗性给与升白方,在不同时相测定小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量。结果:升白方可明显升高模型小鼠的白细胞数、红细胞数、血小板数、骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量。结论:升白方对环磷酰胺所致小鼠造血功能低下有显著的促进恢复作用,其机制与促进骨髓造血功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Shengbaifang(SBF) on mice model of leukopenia.Methods: Mice model of leukopenia were prepared by ip cyclophosphamide 80mg/ kg and then treated with SBF ig.The levels of peripheral hemogram,numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells and contents of bone marrow DNA were examined.Results: SBF can obviously raise the counts of white blood cell,red blood cell,platelet,numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells and contents of bone marrow DNA of the leukopenia model in mice.Conclusion: SBF could improve the mice model of leukopenia,and its mechanism may be relevant to improve the hematopoiesis of hone marrow.更多还原
