【摘要】 目的:研究石榴皮对大鼠实验性结肠炎组织损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:用三硝基苯磺酸建立大鼠实验性结肠炎模型,灌胃停药2周后评价大鼠结肠粘膜损伤指数(CMDI),检测结肠组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:石榴皮200、400、800mg/kg灌胃能不同程度降低结肠炎模型大鼠CMD I、MPO活性,减少MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-PX活性。结论:石榴皮对TNBS所致大鼠实验性结肠炎有明显保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protect effect of pomegranate peel extract on the colonic tissue with ulcerative colonitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)in rats.Methods:Rat model of ulcerative colonitis was established by clyster of TNBS.After treatment with pomegranate peel for two weeks,the colon mucosal damage index(CMDI) was evaluated,the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the colon tissues were examined.Results: Pomegranate peel extract(200,400,800mg/kg)can decrease the values of CMDI,the activity of MPO and the content of MDA,increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in a dose-depended manner.Conclusion: Pomegranate peel extract can relieve the inflammatory reaction and colonic injury in colonitis rats by anti-oxidation and wound repair.更多还原
