【摘要】 目的:研究黄芩苷(bacailin)对KB细胞生长抑制作用及其对端粒酶活性和细胞周期的影响。方法:采用MTT法检测bacailin对体外培养的KB细胞增殖的抑制作用,TRAP-PCR-ELISA方法检测KB细胞在bacailin作用后端粒酶活性的变化,用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期的改变。结果:bacailin在0.5～2.0mmol/L剂量范围内对KB细胞有抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖关系(P<0.05),同时bacailin作用后,KB细胞端粒酶活性明显抑制(P<0.05),KB细胞的G2/M期细胞含量明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:bacailin对肿瘤细胞的端粒酶活性有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of bacailin to KB tumor cells , and its influences on telomerse activity and cells phases in KB . Methods: The inhibitory effect of bacailin on KB tumor cells proliferation was assayed by MTT method; telomerse activity was determined by TRAP-PCR-ELISA in untreated and treated KB tumor cells by bacailin . Results: Bacailin (0.5~2.0mmol/L) inhibited the proliferation of KB tumor cells in vitro, antitumor effect of it was in a dose-dependent manner;Telomerse activity of KB was significantly inhibited when treated with bacailin, cell cycle of treated KB tumor cells were marked increase in G2/M phase. Conclusion: Bacailin can effectively inhibit telomerse activity of tumer cells.更多还原
